The Orion Pharma UK Ltd Dispensing Doctor Rebate Scheme is administered by Safe Dispenser Ltd.
The Scheme is open to all Dispensing Practices in the UK.
Only practices validated as a Dispensing Practice will qualify for the scheme.
Scheme membership will start on the first day of the month of sign up.
The product rebate offered in the scheme is in addition to any wholesaler discount available.
Rebates will be based on packs dispensed each month.
NHS ePACT Dispensing Data will be utilised to inform rebates generated for English sites. For other Home Country sites, dispensing system reporting functions will be utilised.
Central NHS Dispensing Data is processed 6 weeks in arrears and this will be reflected in the schemes monthly rebate calculation and resulting payments.
Payments will be issued directly from Safe Dispenser Ltd.
A minimum of four weeks’ notice will be given of any change to the Dispensing Doctor Rebate Scheme.
